These rolls are tasty and nutritious snacks/ bread. You can use either whole flax seeds or ground flax seeds.
6 dl warm water or milk
50 g yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 dl flax seed
2 tablespoons syrup (or sugar)
1,4 l bread flour
1/2 dl cold-pressed rape-seed oil
Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Add salt, flax seeds and syrup. Knead the flours until the dough is smooth, add oil during the final stage. Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place until doubled in volume. Bake to rolls, put them in baking platter and allow to rise. Bake the rolls in 225 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
